1. Design & User Experience

I expanded Guud’s existing brand guide and ensured it was consistently applied across all digital and physical touchpoints. By coordinating with agencies and internal teams, I helped build a cohesive design system, improved the user experience, and extended the brand identity into merchandise and event activations.

  • Developed reusable UI components and visual rules to create a coherent digital identity.

  • Refined the website navigation into clear life-stage categories, improving product discovery and customer guidance.

  • Aligned all visual outputs — from website to campaigns — with the updated brand direction.

  • Translated the Guud identity into physical touchpoints, including branded merchandise and a booth for events.

2. E-commerce & Growth

I supported Guud’s growth by optimizing subscription flows, checkout experiences, and product pages. My role bridged design and operations, ensuring both a seamless user journey and strong conversion performance.

  • Set up and improved workflows in Juo, such as the Welcome Kit + Refill flow.

  • Managed product pages, selling plans, discounts, and checkout flows.

  • Solved payment and discount issues

  • Used TripleWhale, Shopify analytics, and Clarity to identify opportunities and measure impact.

3. Research & Collaboration

I combined data and user research to inform design and marketing decisions, while coordinating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Conducted surveys and usability checks to better understand customer needs.

  • Built and interpreted retention cohorts, linking insights to subscription and one-time buyer performance.

  • Evaluated early results of campaigns and landing pages to refine content and design.

  • Worked with Guud’s core team and agencies (design & dev) by preparing clear briefings and managing timelines.
